Try-ons are available for Brisbane and surrounding customers only. Please arrive on time for your appointment and let us know if there is any specific styles you'd like us to prepare prior to your appointment.

Shipping
We are committed to delivering your orders as quickly and reliably as possible. Your hire will be processed within 1 business day after order confirmation. Delivery times vary based on your location, we ship all orders with express shipping to ensure the outfit arrives before your event date.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a notification with a tracking number so you can monitor its progress. If you have any questions about shipping, please contact our customer support team.
Returns
Returning outfits is made simple and easy for the customer. A return label and postage package will be included in the original package. Simple wear the dress and post in the following 1-3 days after the event as soon as possible. Cleaning is not necessary as this is included in the hire and all dresses are cleaned appropriately according to their care label.
